We are looking for an Event & Partnership Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role combines event coordination for our events with supporting our business development efforts. You will
- Be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our US-based in-person event series, while you are working remotely. Among others, that includes online ticket sales, sponsorships, and promotion across channels. Your role does not include any travel at all, our CEO and COO are there in person, and you support them.
- build the continuously growing B2B network of our US headquarters
- reach out to companies and departments, who could achieve their business goals with relevant events or modern, custom-developed web and mobile applications
- Manage partnerships; ensure smooth communication with potential and existing partners
- Maintain our CRM database
- Support the day-to-day marketing and sales activities of our CEO & COO (like scheduling meetings, booking conferences, sending follow-ups, etc.)
You should have
- 2+ years of Event organizer experience in paid in-person professional events (ticket sales, sponsorships, costs etc.)
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (other language is not needed)
- Confident, articulate and professional communication with new US-native contacts and partners via phone, email and other channels
- Tech-savvy, precise personality with a deep interest in digital tools
Or even get advantage having
- Experience in technology or healthcare sectors
- Software consultancy experience
- Experience in CRM and sales automation tools, like Salesforce, Copper, HubSpot, Active Campaign, G Suite, PandaDocs, etc., or similar
- Familiarity with business development processes of large services
