Full Stack Lead Engineer

You will

Lead frontend development across web and mobile-adjacent projects
Take technical ownership of backend systems and cloud infrastructure across projects
Design and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud architectures
Define and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
Ensure production readiness, reliability, and long-term system maintainability
Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
Lead technical decision-making and contribute to engineering best practices

You should have

8+ years of professional full stack engineering experience with a strong backend development background
Proven ability to guide and deliver a product throughout the entire product lifecycle
Strong experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer (key competency)
Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
Containerization experience with Docker
Strong programming experience in Python
CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions
Solid understanding of frontend architecture and state management
Strong software engineering fundamentals and system-level thinking
Experience with or strong interest in healthcare / medical domain projects
Excellent communication skills-able to explain and defend technical decisions
Ability to work independently in a remote, international team
Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to have

Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical, healthcare) and familiarity with compliance frameworks
Experience with FastAPI
Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
Experience in system maintenance and production operations
Frontend or mobile development experience
Ruby experience or openness to working with Ruby
Flutter experience
.NET experience
CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release processes
