Junior Full Stack Engineer

Are you an aspiring full stack developer ready to grow your skills in real-world projects? We’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to meaningful, high-impact work. This role is ideal for someone with up to ~2 years of experience, a solid technical foundation, and a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
As part of our growing 30+ person team, you’ll collaborate with experts across continents, building everything from startup prototypes to enterprise-grade systems.

You will
- Develop and maintain frontend features using React
- Contribute to backend development in Python (APIs, services, business logic)
- Work with REST APIs and data-driven applications
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Learn and apply best practices in software development and delivery
- Support the continuous improvement of code quality and team processes
You should have
- ~1-2 years of experience in software development (internships, projects, or junior roles)
- Hands-on experience with React (projects, coursework, or professional)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for backend development
- Understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, basic databases)
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow as an engineer
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, Django, Flask)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases
- Experience using Git and working in a team environment
- Exposure to testing (unit or integration tests)
